Chat Support Tool (Beta)
This page houses the new chat support tool (see bottom right).
It’s an AI chat bot that was trained to use content from the website as the basis for many common questions.
It can also summon a real person (whoever is logged into the Support Board cloud dashboard).
Test as an End-User
To test how a new visitor will see the chat tool, the website must be visited in Incognito Mode (Chrome).
You can also clear your browser’s cache (including cookies) and visit this page again.
